In each movement you can perform up to BUT not beyond 10 reps each round. Each movement for each Round has to be completed in an Unbroken Manner. Once you Break OR hit 10 reps you will then complete the 100 meter Run.
Score will be your time minus every rep completed. 1 rep = 1 second.
