Strength: Push Jerk (20 Minutes to Find a 3RM UB.)
This is 3 reps UB every attempt. From the Rack. If you use Jerk blocks, no resetting.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
15 Toes to bar
Scale as needed***
1. TTB Scale options (knees to elbows, hanging leg raises, toes to rings with the same rep scheme OR 30 abmat situps).
2. If you have difficulty with TTB or Any of the above movements, except situps, utilize a split rep scheme for the TTB. Example: Instead of trying to do 15 Unbroken and hitting failure within a few rounds; Perform the 15 reps in a manner such as 10/5, or 9/6, or 7/5/3.
