Weather not permitting Ride 1 mile. Preferably no Rowing.
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
65/45 pound Snatch, 20 reps
80/60 pound Snatch, 20 reps
95/75 pound Snatch, 20 reps
135/95 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
