100 Wall Balls 20/14, 10′ Target
100 CTB Pull-ups
100 Pistols, alternating
100 one- arm DB Snatch 70/50 (we do not have these so scale as acceptable)
***20 minute Time Cap. Every rep not completed adds 1 second to your time cap.
Scale movements as needed. However if you are scaling movements, you will also scale each movement to a 4-minute AMRAP.
I.E. Perform as many wall balls in 4 minutes, then pull-ups in 4 minutes, pistols or scale in 4 minutes, snatches in 4 minutes. So your time cap is 16 minutes and you will also add 1 second for every rep not completed to your time cap.
