Every 4 minutes complete a MIX of:
300m Run, 600m Bike, OR 400m Row with 2-3 minutes Rest between each.
During your “rest portion”:
—In Between rounds 1 & 2 Perform Zombie Walks.
—In Between Rounds 2 & 3 Perform Walking lunges.
—In between Rounds 3 & 4 Perform Dynamic Leg swings.
—After Round 4 start prepping for the WOD.
Every 3 minutes, go 300 meters, rest in the remaining time, perform until pace deteriorates (falls off).
Choose one of the Following:
***You will perform no less than 6 and no more than 10 Intervals.

Score each round for time. Record Times in Wodify.
