Lead by a coach, go over Front Squat technique, and ensure these three things stay true throughout your reps:
-Upright chest from start to finish
-Elbows up, and shoulders supporting the bar.
-“Spread the Ground” with your feet – driving the knees out and creating space for the hips to travel below parallel.
