100 Deadlifts (185/125)*
100 Ring Dips (Push Ups)*
100 Dumbell Snatches (35/25)*
100 Front Squats (75/55)*
*Only One Athlete may perform these movements at a time.
**Both athletes must comlete the 100m run each time, but may run together.
