If it is Clear Skies, Perform the following:
4 x 400m Run, increasing pace each round.
Rest 45 Seconds between sets.
If it is raining, Perform the following:
4 x 500m Row, increasing pace each round.
Rest as necessary to accommodate everyone in class.
2.) Deadlift 5 Sets to Build to “tough” but unbroken 10 Rep DL
6 Rounds for Time:
14 Deadlifts (80% BW**)
*Scale as Needed with additional Abmats, Inverted Box HSPU or Strict PU.
**Scale to 65% BW or further. These should be fast and TNG for Most sets.
