The CFES Total (Total Weight)
Front Squat, 1RM
Split Jerk, 1RM
Take 15 Minutes per movement, with as many attempts as desired in the allotted time.
For the Snatch, perform any style of snatch, as long as the weight begins on the floor and finishes locked out overhead.
Record the loads for each movement in comments or as an “extra performance” if you hit a new PR.
