STR: 1 Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Sqauts (Build to a Max in 16 Minutes)
Once the barbell has been lifted from the ground, you may not drop it until the second OHS is completed.
COND: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
12 Minute AMRAP of:
9 OHS* (95/65/Scaled)
*If Unable to perform an OHS due to shoulder limitations, perform either a front squat with the barbell, or goblet squats with a kettlebell, neither of which can exceed the RX weight of the OHS.
