Every 30 Seconds for 10 Minutes:
Complete 3 Laps (down and back = 1 lap) of the following:
Side to Sides
COND: Death By 10 Meters
EMOTM until failure
10 m Run
Increase one 10m run every minute until failure
For example, the first minute is one 10 meter sprint, the second minute is two 10 meter sprints, the third is three 10 meter sprints and so on, until you cant complete the number of required sprints in the 1 minute time frame.
If you can not run for a medical reason, complete on the Assault Bike – Replace 10 Meters with 1 Cal.
