Take 12 Minutes to warm up adequately for the loading and movements for today’s metcon. This will also search as the time for you to prepare you workout area. You only need a Barbell, the correct plates for you to easily change loads (set it up for you only have to add weights), and enough space to do a burpee.

5,6 Minutes (rest and change weights)
7,8,9,10,11 (5 sets):
3 Power Cleans (155/105)
3 Lateral Burpees
12,13 Minutes (rest and change weights)
14,15,16,17,18 Minutes (5 sets):
2 Power Cleans (185/125)
2 Bar Facing Burpees
19,20 Minutes (rest and change weights)
21,22,23,24,25 Minutes (5 sets):
1 Clean and Jerk (205/145)
