In a team of TWO people, complete the following work, for time:
1 Mile Run**
100 Burpee Pull-Ups*
1 Mile Run
*Only one athlete may be working at a time during the Burpee Pull Ups.
**Both Athletes may run at same time, and partitian the run as desired. IE: each athlete may run an 800m, but the burpee pull usp may not begin until both athletes are finished. Also, no partner is to being running the second Mile (800m each) until the burpee pull ups are entirely finished.
Scale the run and burpee pull ups as needed.
Athletes may also choose to scale the workout (for volume) as follows:

60 Burpee (Jumping) Pull Ups
