STR: High Bar Back Squat (2-2-2-2-2-2-2)
Rest 3-4 Minutes between sets. 30 minutes MAX will be allotted for the STR work.

5 Squat Clean to Thrusters* (165/115/Scaled)
*If needed, scale the “Cluster” to either 5 regular thrusters or 5 regular squat cleans of an appropriate load.
