Perform Box Squats in necessary for injury/mobility

EMOM for *Up To* 10 Minutes,
7/5/3 Toes to Bar.
*Choose the reps that will allow you to complete all, or close to all, 10 minutes of skill/accessory work.
*Scale with any hanging abdominal movement. If you are unable to finish the reps within a given minute, your workout is done, and your score is the total reps completed.
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
