Rest 20 seconds
B: 20 seconds of ME Ring Dips
Rest 40 seconds
***This is an Individual Workout. Partners are simply for sharing the rowers. Partner A rows for 40sec., then transitions off the rower, and prepares for Ring Dips. Partner B will follow behind partner A, and transition onto the rower After Partner A has completed the 40sec Row. During your 40 seconds Rest record your cal & reps for the previous round. If you are slow to get on and off a Rower, your partner may be angry. Don’t be slow getting on and off the rower. Score is total of all cal & reps.
