Warm-up (No Measure)
Coaches Lead Warm Up.
1775 (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
60-Minute AMRAP of:
17 Power Cleans, 135#
Unload the barbell and carry it 200 meters away.
Return to the plates and then carry one forward to the barbell.
Retrieve the second plate, carry it forward and reload the barbell for the next round.
You will have the opportunity to perform this workout in one of three ways:
1. Individual (rx or scaled load movements)
2. Team (2 people alternating rounds)
3. 1/2 Time domain with a Kettlebell (we will explain if we have people looking to perform this version)
