A. Power Snatch from power position/Overhead Squat
B. Power Snatch from Mid Knee/Overhead Squat
C. Power Snatch from floor/Overhead Squat
D. Transition to Full Snatch from the floor

A: 1 Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Sqauts (Build to a heavy Double in 20 minutes)
***You will perform the complex twice each lift, quickly resetting between each power snatch.
B.: 1 Snatch (Full) + 2 OHS (Build to a Heavy Double (2rm) in 20 minutes.)
You can drop the bar between each snatch but reset quickly.
C.: High Bar Back Squat (Build to a Heavy 3rm in 20 minutes)
Try to go heavier than last week.
