Warm-up as needed. You will have 20 minutes to prep for the WOD. Workout will begin at the 20 minute mark in class.

100 Bar-Facing Burpees
200 Jumping Pull-ups
300 Double/single Unders
1. Burpees- 2 foot jump/land, no stepping over the bar.
2. Pull-ups-While standing head is 6 inches below your bar.
3. Doubles or Singles.
This wod is for time and does have a 30 minute Time cap. Use comp style scoring. Meaning each Rep not complete adds 1 second to the 30 minute cap. If you finish all work, record your time.
