Str.A: Snatch Balance (Perform all lifts above 100% of your Snatch 1RM.)
If you do not feel Comfortable performing the Snatch Balance, Perform an Overhead squat 3 x 3. And record it as extra performance.
Str.B: High Bar Back Squat (Find a 20 RM (2 attempts only))
