Warm-up as needed for 10-15 minutes.
With a Partner (preferably no co-ed teams)
Complete work, in order:
A. Run 2 miles- Each member will alternate 400m Runs.
B. 150 Medball Situps***-Work will be split evenly b/w partners.
C. 100 Clean and Jerks (165/115)–Work will be split evenly b/w partners.
***Medball situp- 30/20- ball touches the floor behind you and the floor in front each rep.
