If you are not familiar with CrossFit, you may think that our prices are higher than typical gym memberships.  What do you get from a typical gym membership?  You pay a flat fee to use the equipment.  At CrossFit Eastern Shore, we program your workouts, instruct movements, scale the workout if necessary, offer nutritional suggestions if requested, and are committed to each client every time you walk in the door.  Our group sessions are the equivalent of semi-personal training.  Remember, we are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals…if you commit, you will achieve fitness beyond expectation.  Sign up today by following the blue link below!


  • All “Plans” Packages allow you to choose to Pay In Full or by Recurring Draft. Paid in Full is non-refundable. Recurring Draft is a contract and does offer a Contract buyout to cancel your membership. Plans are non-sharing and non-transferable.
  • All “Session” packages are Paid In Full. Sessions are use or lose and are non-refundable, non-sharing, and non-transferable.
  • Every Membership starts by choosing the Training Package that best suits your needs. After Set-up We will contact you about attending the required 2-week B.A.S.I.Cs Course (read below) or by attending 1-month of our Level 1 Group Class, or a Combination. Following the completion, you can then attend any Level 2 Group Class or Specialty Class. Level 3 Classes Require test-out. Please check our Schedule.
