***Use the all the standards that you performed in 16.1 this year. You have to log into wodify to see what version of 16.1 you performed.
Ex. If you performed RX, then you will perform:
8 bar facing burpees
8 C2B Pull-ups
^^^If your version 16.1 dictates you perform an Overhead Walking lunge, you will perform an OHS. If your version dictates you perform a Front Rack Walking Lunge, then you will perform a Front Squat.
If you Do not Understand what to do then a Coach will help you choose a suitable version.
Why 8 OHS/FS? I’m assuming the average person takes about 8 lunges to complete a 25′ distance.
