Warm-up as needed for 15-20 minutes then get ready for the WOD.

If you are signed up for the Open you must post a score in the division that is applicable to you. Even if it’s 10 Power Snatches @ 75#. After that make it your workout.
Example: If you are an RX athlete but do not have Bar MU’s; start with 10 power snatches @ 75, then move to banded bar MU’s or Ring MU’s, c2b pull-up, strict pull-ups, or 5 jumping c2b pull-ups. Only thing I ask is that you stay within the confinements of the WOD. You’ll still have an RX score of 10 reps and you get some work in for the remaining time. Consult with a coach prior to the WOD for acceptable scaling.
