Warm-up as you wish for 10-15 minutes, then move into warming up for the WOD.
100 Thruster for time (135/95/scaled). Do 5 burpees at the top of every minute.
In Teams of 2, Complete Kalsu.
1. You can scale the weight as needed. 2. Rules: You can complete work as needed but both partners must complete both burpees and thrusters. You can not have one partner do all thrusters and the other all burpees.
3. Preference is m/m and f/f teams, sharing one bar. If there is a co-ed team, you can use 2 bars with different loads as applicable.
Standards: At the beginning of every minute perform 5 burpees, for the rest of the minute perform as many thrusters as you can during that minute. At the beginning of the next minute perform 5 burpees and then max rep thrusters and so on until you reach 100 total thrusters. Go as long as it must take to complete the 100 thrusters.
