When CrossFit Eastern Shore launched “Eastern Shore Barbell” in 2014, we knew we had a good thing going. The energy is class as high and the camaraderie between athletes was second to none.
As our athletes progress, master the movements and need new training stimuli to continue seeing results, the program needs to change with it.
Today marks the beginning of a new training program for Eastern Shore Barbell, which we hope you enjoy. It will not only be a blend of Olympic Style Weightlifting, but blend more aspects of Power Lifting and Strongman into the program as well. Our goal is to create a more “strength inclusive” program that can be easily applied to sports specific training, overall strength development, rehabilitation, and mastery of slow and dynamic lifts; all while creating a fun training atmosphere.
