You will have the first 20-24 Minutes to warm-up. Your Warm-up Time will consist of completing “Gymnasty” and the Strength Portion. The Strength Portion needs to be approached as a Warm-up to the “Total 2”. The more time you take on the Warm-up the less time you’ll have on the Strength Portion.
Strength.: Squat Clean and Jerk (A heavy 1 rep for today, not a max attempt.)
Total: The Total 2 for Total Weight.
You will Have 10-12 minutes to Complete each piece. For Each lift you are trying to achieve the heaviest lift you can in 3 attempts. 3 ATTEMPTS ONLY. You should be warmed-up and ready, so no other lifts should be needed.
