Can’t make it to the Box today? Out-of-town?? Now there is No Excuse not to WOD! Here is a List of very effective body weight WOD’s that require no equipment…Just a little time.
- If you have the chance, Always drop-in at another box! Getting out to visit our community is one of the greatest WOD’s you can do!
- 100 Burpees for time.
- 7 min AMRAP of Burpees.
- 100 push-ups for time.
- 100 walking Lunges for time.
- 100 Sit-ups for time. Support your Lumbar with a small throw pillow.
- Tabata squats and Tabata pushups.
- Run 1 mile for time.
- Run for 10 minutes, perform 10-20 push-ups every minute.
- 250 jumping jacks…for time.
As you can see there aren’t many WOD’s listed. We like for you to keep things simple especially while you are away with family and/or business. Now, go have fun!
